Besides news packages, Cooper has created short films and been featured in professional news outlets.

The Bachelor

In Cooper's senior year of high school, he created a reality series for Lee's Summit West's television station, Titan Television. The series modeled the Bachelor with girls competing to be Cooper's prom date. The three episode show became one of the most successful projects ever shown on Titan Television and was covered professionally by the Lee's Summit Journal. The success of the show helped Cooper win Prom King.

Fake ID Investigation - KCTV-5 Investigations

While interning at KCTV-5 during the spring of 2012, Cooper had the opportunity to be a part of an investigation in fake IDs. Cooper went undercover and purchased a fake ID from China and used it to buy alcohol. The story is reported by Eric Chaloux and was subsequently covered by the Fox affiliate in Las Vegas.

Short Documentary - The Power of Film

In the summer of 2011, Cooper created a short documentary for an introductory film production class. The documentary profiles a KU student that has a passion for filmmaking.



Longer Documentary - We Help Them Up

In the fall of 2011, Cooper and a group of KU students created a longer documentary about the Social Rehabilitation Services in Lawrence, Kansas. It was a semester-long project for a documentary filmmaking class.



Picture Documentary

Also in the fall of 2011, Cooper created a short picture documentary using audio and photographs to tell a story. Cooper shot, edited and reported the story solo.



Struggle to Chill - Short Film

In the summer of 2011, Cooper completed his first ever short film with the help of his peers in his introductory video production class. The film shows an unlucky guy suffer difficult setbacks.
